About Tuppy's Emporium
Tuppy's Emporium is a small business based in the leafy surroundings of Letchworth Garden City in Hertfordshire. We love embroidery and all kinds of needlecrafts, from the very big to the very tiny. We're always trying to improve the range of goodies we can offer, and welcome feedback about what we ought to be stocking.
About Tuppy
That's him, waving in the top lefthand corner above. Tuppy is 5" tall and lives very happily in a vintage dollshouse with his wife, Dolly. Their favourite things are jam-tarts and dancing the charlston.
Ordering from Tuppy's
We are an online store, so all orders should go through the website. The preferred payment method is by credit card, however if you are not comfortable entering your card details online then we would be happy to accept a cheque or postal order as long as it's in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Just print off your receipt and send a copy to us along with the payment.

We can process credit card payments from many other parts of the world.
We use Nochex to process your credit card information. They are a company that specialise in taking secure payments for online stores. You'll be transferred to their website briefly to make your payment but it's nothing to worry about. The credit card information will be encrypted and the payment goes straight into our Nochex account. Your credit card statement will say 'Nochex'.

Shipping and Handling
We can now deliver to many parts of the world - there are a few places we can't accept payment from, mostly Africa, but I'll eat my hat if anyone in Africa has any interest in this little hat, so we're not too worried about that! If you want to place an order and you find your country isn't coming up, please drop us a line, we may still be able to help.
Please note that international delivery is a new thing for Tuppy's so these shipping charges may change in the future.
We like to try and keep things simple, so we lean towards flat rates.

Delivery
We'll do our best to send your order as soon as possible. In the UK this should usually mean you receive your goods in just a few days. If you place the order in the morning and the postal services are having a good day, you might well get them the next morning.
Not in Stock?
We try to keep all items in stock, but occasionally we might be caught out and not have the item easily to hand. If this is the case we'll let you know immediately and you can decide whether to ask for a refund or to wait. Generally the wait should only be a few days, our suppliers are lovely and deliver to us very fast.
Returns
If there's a problem with anything we supply you with we're happy to replace them. Just send it back to us and we'll sort it out. Of course we'd appreciate a call or email first just so we can swing into action for you.
Privacy Policy
Tuppy hates spam just as much as you do. There's no way we would ever sell or give your details to anyone else. Any information you supply us with is used solely for processing your order, that's it. |
